The method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing raw materials: taking, by weight, 50-75 parts of waste PVC plastic, 30-300 parts of ardealite and 5-10 parts of wood flour as main materials, 25-50 parts of light calcium carbonate as a modification filler, and 3-5 parts ofglass fibers and 6-8 parts of cement as auxiliary materials, and then adding 0.18-1 part of a yellow foaming agent, 0.18-0.7 parts of a white foaming agent and 1-11 parts of a foaming regulator; mixing: fully mixing the prepared raw materials at 115 DEG C, performing cold mixing at 50 DEG C after the temperature of the raw materials reaches 115 DEG C, and stopping mixing after the raw materials are cooled to 50 DEG C; molding: heating, plasticizing and foaming the raw materials, and molding the raw materials in a mold; and cutting: cutting the formed plate into the needed size to obtain a finished product. The building plastic formwork manufactured through the method is good in various properties and can be used as a formwork in the building industry, so that the problem that resources such as steel and wood are insufficient is solved, and the cost is reduced.
