The composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 85 to 100parts of 0.8-1.5 mm special-grade high-alumina bauxite, 35 to 35 parts of less than 0.02 mm of special-grade high-alumina bauxite, 5 to 8 parts of cubic boron nitride with the thickness of 0.8 mm-1.5 mm, 2-3 parts of high-alumina cement with the thickness of less than 0.02 mm, 3-5 parts of silica powder, 12-14 parts of alumina sol, 5-7 parts of water, 2-3 parts of an anti-aluminum wetting agentwith the thickness of 0.1 mm-0. 3 mm, and 3-5 parts of an anti-aluminum wetting agent with the thickness of 0.001 mm-0. 003 mm. The 0.1 mm to 0.3 mm aluminum wetting resisting agent and the 0.001 mmto 0.003 mm aluminum wetting resisting agent are respectively prepared by mixing BaSO4, Cr2O3, hexagonal boron nitride and SiC according to a ratio of 3 to 3 to 0.1 to 2. The castable obtained according to the ingredients and the preparation method thereof disclosed by the invention is high in molten aluminum permeability resistance, high in strength and long in service life.
