Method for producing regenerated sintered porous shale brick by using waste sintered bricks
The invention provides a method for producing a regenerated sintered porous shale brick by using waste sintered bricks. The method comprises the following steps: S1, pretreatment of raw materials: recovering, sorting, crushing, grinding and screening the waste sintered bricks to obtain waste sintered brick powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 2 mm, and crushing, grinding and screening shale to obtain shale powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 2 mm; S2, aging: mixing the waste sintered brick powder and shale powder to obtain a mixture, and then putting the mixture into an aging warehouse for aging, wherein the waste sintered brick powder accounts for 10%-60% of the mixture in percentage by mass; S3, forming and drying; and S4, roasting: roasting the dried green brick and conducting cooling to obtain the regenerated sintered porous shale brick, wherein a roasting temperature ranges from 900 DEG C to 1100 DEG C, roasting time ranges from 4 h to 10 h, and aheating rate ranges from 1 DEG C/min to 2 DEG C/min. According to the water permeable brick, waste sintered bricks and shale are adopted as basic raw materials, solid waste is consumed, the exploitation amount of brick making clay is reduced, cultivated land is saved, and resources are reasonably utilized.
