The invention provides an active butt joint method for arch feet and arch ribs of a concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge. The method comprises the following steps of reserving arch foot mounting grooves at designed mounting positions of the arch feet when arch seat concrete is poured, and ensuring that the arch feet have a certain moving space in the arch foot mounting grooves; hoisting a firstsection of the arch rib onto the arch seat and adjusting the position; adjusting the positions and angles of the arch feet in the arch foot mounting grooves; after a requirement for precise butt jointwith the arch rib first section is met, welding and connecting the arch feet and the arch rib first section through the connecting pipes; and finally pouring concrete into the arch foot mounting grooves, and fixing the arch feet to the arch base. A construction problem that deviation is prone to occurring during butt joint of the arch feet and the arch ribs is effectively solved, operation is convenient, and construction efficiency is high.
本发明提供一种钢管混凝土拱桥拱脚与拱肋活性对接方法,浇筑拱座混凝土时在拱脚设计安装位置预留出拱脚安装槽,并保证拱脚在拱脚安装槽内有一定活动空间;拱肋首节段吊放到拱座上且位置调整好后,调整拱脚在拱脚安装槽内的位置和角度,达到与拱肋首节段精密对接的要求后,通过连接管将拱脚与拱肋首节段焊接连接,最后向拱脚安装槽内浇筑混凝土,将拱脚固定在拱座上,有效解决了拱脚与拱肋对接易出现偏差的施工难题,且操作方便,施工效率高。
