Construction method for reinforcing bridge abutment under soft foundation
The invention relates to a construction method for reinforcing a bridge abutment under a soft foundation. The construction method comprises the steps of dismantling filling soil behind the bridge abutment; driving reinforcing piles for reinforcing the soft soil foundation into two sides of the abutment in the range of the soft soil foundation along the longitudinal bridge direction; arranging temporary buttresses on a bearing platform of the bridge abutment, and jacking the main beam upwards through the temporary buttresses until the main beam is separated from an abutment body of the bridge abutment and rib plates; removing an abutment body and the rib plates of the abutment; sequentially installing newly-added piers and newly-added supports on the bearing platform from bottom to top; dismantling the temporary buttresses so as to enable the main beam to descend and be borne on the newly-added support; and in the longitudinal bridge direction, constructing a newly-built abutment at theend, which is close to the roadbed, of the soft soil foundation, and installing a newly-added main beam between the newly-built abutment and the newly-added support. According to the construction method, the problem in the prior art that under a soft soil foundation, when construction of the bridge abutment, the bridge pier and the main beam is completed, the abutment body and the rib plates crack due to inclination or differential settlement of the bridge abutment during filling construction behind the abutment can be solved.
