BIM-based bridge high-strength bolt construction method
The invention discloses a BIM-based bridge high-strength bolt construction method. The method comprises the steps of dividing bolt construction work points into a plurality of bolt areas, wherein eachwork point includes a plurality of construction parts, and the same construction part can be divided into a plurality of bolt areas; numbering all screwing bolts in different bolt areas according toa screwing sequence rule, wherein each bolt screwing value corresponds to a time sequence uploaded by a numerical control fixed torque intelligent wrench; finishing final screwing construction of allbolts by utilizing the calibrated numerical control fixed torque intelligent wrench; and naming a bolt BIM model of the bolt area based on a numbering rule of ''the bolt area+the screwing sequence'' to realize association between the screwing torque value of a single bolt and the corresponding bolt BIM model. According to the method, the bolt area screwing sequence numbering rule is formulated, abridge high-strength bolt screwing process is reconstructed, each bolt screwing torque value is associated with the corresponding bolt BIM model, a construction process is simplified, and a bolt lossis reduced.
本发明公开了一种基于BIM的桥梁高强度螺栓施工方法,所述方法包括:将螺栓施工工点划分为若干个螺栓区域;每个工点包括多个施工部位,同一施工部位可划分多个螺栓区域;对不同螺栓区域的所有施拧螺栓按照施拧顺序规则进行编号;每个螺栓施拧值根据数控定扭矩智能扳手上传的时间顺序进行对应;利用校准后的数控定扭矩智能扳手完成所有螺栓的终拧施工;基于“螺栓区域+施拧顺序”的编号规则对螺栓区域的螺栓BIM模型进行命名,实现单个螺栓施拧扭矩值与对应螺栓BIM模型的关联。本发明的方法制定了螺栓区域施拧顺序编号规则,重新构建了桥梁高强度螺栓施拧流程,将每个螺栓施拧扭矩值与对应的螺栓BIM模型进行关联,简化了施工流程,减少了螺栓损耗。
