The platform comprises sleeve plates which are symmetrically arranged on an anti-collision pier, a connecting plateis arranged between the sleeve plates, a first magnetic band-type brake motor is arranged on the connecting plate, a rolling wheel is arranged at an end of a rotor shaft of the first magnetic band-type brake motor, a connecting rope is arranged on the rolling wheel, one end of the connecting rope is connected with a bottom plate, vertical plates are symmetrically arranged on the bottom plate, anda workbench is arranged between the vertical plates and provided with a screw hole in threaded connection with a lead screw. A positive and negative rotation button of a second positive and negative rotation controller is controlled so that the rotor shaft of the second magnetic band-type brake motor rotates positively and negatively; the lead screw is driven to rotate forwards and backwards in the screw hole so that the workbench moves leftwards or rightwards, the second magnetic band-type brake motor stops rotating immediately, and band-type brake self-locking is achieved; and when the bridge construction platform is used for construction, a transverse workable area can be effectively increased, and a problem that the transverse workable area is small is solved.
