A lifting device is arranged on the right side of the vehicle stopping device; the lifting device comprises a belt pulley cavity; a rotating rod is rotationally connected between the upper end wall of the belt pulley cavity and the upper end surface of the fixed shell; the device is simple in structure, can identify the vehicle when the vehicle enters a specified area, can start a vehicle following prevention device at the rear of the vehicle in the process of lifting a gear lever to prevent the rear vehicle from leaving the station along with the front vehicle, and the vehicle drives the gear lever and the rotating rod to rotate to start the vehicle stopping device after the speed of the vehicle is too high and the vehiclecrosses the vehicle following prevention device under the action of inertia.
