The invention discloses a parking card taking device capable of preventing a vehicle from rushing out of a card. The device comprises a shell, and a transmission space is formed in the lower side of the shell; a first rotating space is formed in the lower side of the transmission space; a meshing space is formed in the lower side of the first rotating space; an inner space is formed in the right side of the meshing space; and a lifting space is formed in the rear side of the inner space. According to the invention, when a vehicle enters the card taking area, an anti-impact staple bolt belt islifted, vehicles are prevented from forcibly rushing to jam, if the vehicle forcibly rush to the jam, the tire is forcibly punched to forcibly stop the vehicles so as to prevent the vehicles to rush to the expressway to cause dangers, overweight vehicles are prevented from getting cards, to facilitate processing of the overweight vehicles, and an anti-slip device is arranged, so that when no vehicle comes, the device is located under the ground for a long time, wind and rain can be prevented, surface damage or function damage caused by long-term open-air placement is prevented, the position ofthe vehicle which is not parked at the correct card taking position is adjusted, and card taking of the vehicle is facilitated.
