The device comprises an electric cart, a water storage tank, atomization nozzles, a T-shaped nozzle support and a controller.The atomization nozzles are connected with the water storage tank through a first water conveying pipeline, two ends of a cross rod of the T-shaped nozzle support are provided with one atomization nozzle respectively, and a vertical rod is installed on the electric cart through a lifting assembly; and universal wheels, a hard brush head and a disc spray head are installed on the lower surface of abottom plate of the electric cart. The T-shaped spray head support is installed on the lifting assembly, a height of the T-shaped spray head support can be adjusted according to needs, and efficientdust removal is performed on multiple height levels. Due to arrangement of the universal wheels, flexibility of the electric cart can be improved; and the disc spray head can effectively spray and reduce dust on the ground, the hard brush head is installed behind the disc spray head and can scatter sludge condensed on the ground due to spraying, cleaning is convenient, the structure is simple, high-rise spraying and ground spraying are performed at the same time, a dust removal effect is good, working efficiency is high, and practicability is extremely high.
本发明公开一种建筑施工现场除尘装置，包括电动推车、储水箱、雾化喷头、T形喷头支架和控制器，雾化喷头与储水箱通过第一输水管路连接，T形喷头支架的横杆两端分别安装一雾化喷头，竖杆通过升降组件安装在电动推车上；电动推车的底板下表面安装有万向轮、硬质刷头和圆盘喷头。通过将T形喷头支架安装在升降组件上，可以根据需要调节T形喷头支架的高度，在多个高度层次上进行高效除尘；万向轮的设置能够提高电动推车的灵活性，圆盘喷头能够对地面进行有效喷淋降尘，硬质刷头安装在圆盘喷头之后，能够对地面由于喷淋而凝结成的淤泥进行打散，便于清理，不仅结构简单，而且高层喷淋和地面喷淋同时进行，除尘效果好、工作效率高，实用性极强。
