Three-dimensional deformation measuring method for inclinometer tube
The invention relates to a three-dimensional deformation measuring method for an inclinometer tube. The three-dimensional deformation measuring method comprises the following steps of 1) adding a gyroscope into an inclinometer, 2) suspending the inclinometer by using a stay wire, and putting the inclinometer into the inclinometer tube from an inlet of the inclinometer tube; (3) sequentially lifting and placing the inclinometer into/from the inclinometer tube from bottom to top or from top to bottom, wherein the lifting and placing distance is D1 each time, n sets of three-dimensional data D1 (alpha1, beta1 and theta1), 2D1 (alpha2, beta2, theta2)... ND1 (alphan, betan and thetan) are obtained, and alpha, beta and theta are deflection angles in the X direction, Y direction and the Z direction correspondingly; (4) repeating the step (3) multiple times, enabling the lifting and placing intervals to be D2, D3,... DN, and obtaining dot matrix coordinates, wherein the value of n in each coordinate point is (1, l/DN), and l is the length of the inclinometer tube; and 5) superposing the dot matrix coordinates to obtain the three-dimensional deformation quantity of the inclinometer tube. Byusing the method, the three-dimensional deformation data of the inclinometer can be obtained, and the inclinometry precision is higher and is not influenced by the length of the inclinometer.
本发明涉及测斜管三维形变测量方法,步骤为:1)在测斜仪中加入陀螺仪,2)使用拉线悬挂测斜仪,将测斜仪由测斜管入口放入测斜管内;3)将测斜仪在测斜管内由下往上或由上往下依次提放,每次提放间距为D,得到n组三维数据D(α,β,θ)、2D(α,β,θ)……nD(α,β,θ),其中α、β、θ分别为X、Y、Z方向的偏转角;4)重复多次步骤3),提放间距分别为D、D、……D,得到点阵坐标,其中,各坐标点中n取值为(1,l/D),其中l为测斜管的长度;5)将以上点阵坐标进行重合,得到测斜管的三维形变量。使用本方法可得到测斜仪的三维形变数据,且测斜的精度更高,不受测斜仪长度的影响。
