The invention discloses an underground pipe gallery construction method based on a composite combined type formwork system. The underground pipe gallery construction method comprises the steps of arranging a composite formwork; dividing pipe gallery construction sections; excavating a pipe gallery foundation pit; constructing a cushion layer, and conducting bottom waterproofness construction; constructing a base plate and a guide wall; removing forms of the base plate and the guide wall; constructing a side wall; constructing a top plate; dismounting a side form and a top form; conducting waterproofness construction; conducting acceptance inspection; and conducting earthwork backfilling. According to the method, an underground pipe gallery is divided into multiple construction areas; eacharea is further divided into multiple line operation sections; each operation section is combined with the composite formwork for gallery body structure line construction operation; the construction site operation difficulty is effectively lowered; the construction quality is guaranteed; the construction forming quality of key portions is guaranteed; the construction efficiency is improved; the construction progress is accelerated; and the comprehensive construction cost is lowered.
