The invention relates to an uplift pile cap, which comprises a cylinder body and a piston, wherein a cavity is arranged in the cylinder body; the piston comprises an upper end plate, a lower end plateand a stroke rod; the upper end plate is arranged in the cylinder body and can move along the axial direction of the cylinder body; and the lower end plate is arranged out of the cylinder body and isconnected with the upper end plate through the stroke rod. According to the uplift pile cap provided by the invention, two stress states that a pile body is pulled and pressed can be distinguished, and when the pile body is pressed, the pile body can stop working, does not participate in structure stress and can effectively perform a function only when the pile body resists floating and is pulled. According to the design, a pile body arrangement amount is effectively reduced, engineering construction cost is greatly lowered, and the uplift pile cap has an obvious economic benefit.
