The invention relates to a batholith load test device and a test method thereof. The batholith load test device comprises a load plate poured in a counter bore, the top of the load plate is provided with a force transfer cylinder, the force transfer cylinder is used for placing a force transfer column, a plurality of main ribs which are axially and vertically arranged are poured in the counter bore, the tops of the main ribs are provided with a main beam, the load plate is connected with a measuring device for measuring the displacement of the load plate, the top of the force transfer column is detachably connected with a hydraulic device, and the hydraulic device is positioned between the top of the force transfer column and the main beam. The device and the method have the advantages that multiple tests can be conducted and the measured data is more accurate.
