The invention provides a joint connecting device between a curtain wall structure and a building body. The joint connecting device comprises a first lug plate, a second lug plate, an outer sleeve, aninner sleeve, a guide rod, a first elastic part, a second elastic part and a jacking plate. An opening is formed in one end of the outer sleeve, the first lug plate is fixed to the outer wall of the bottom face of the outer sleeve, and the guide rod is fixed to the inner wall of the bottom face of the outer sleeve. Openings are formed in the two ends of the inner sleeve. The inner sleeve is sleeved with the outer sleeve, and the free end of the guide rod is located in the inner sleeve. The guide rod is provided with a first positioning pre-tightening part and a second positioning pre-tightening part. The first elastic part is arranged between the first positioning pre-tightening part and the end of the inner sleeve, and the second elastic part is arranged between the first positioning pre-tightening part and the second positioning pre-tightening part.
