The invention relates to a prefabricated stair and a mounting technology thereof and belongs to the technical field of fabricated building construction. The prefabricated stair comprises a stair body,a transferring platform and a floorslab; a first positioning hole and a second positioning hole are reserved in the stair body; a first positioning piece is pre-embedded on the transferring platformand is embedded in the first positioning hole; a second positioning piece is pre-embedded on the floorslab; the second positioning hole allows the second positioning piece to be embedded; an accommodating groove is formed in the bottom of a bottom platform; a through groove is horizontally formed in the bottom platform and communicates with the tops of the second positioning hole and the accommodating groove; an elastic limiting piece is fixedly arranged on the top surface of the through groove; a pushing component is rotatably arranged in the accommodating groove; a steel plate is fixedly arranged on the pushing component; the bottom surface of the steel plat is flush with the bottom surface of the bottom platform; a limiting groove is formed in the floorslab and allows the steel plate tobe embedded; and the elastic limiting piece is matched with the pushing component to place the steel plate in the accommodating groove. The prefabricated stair has the effects of conveniently transporting the prefabricated stair and rapidly assembling the prefabricated stair to improve the assembling and fixing effect of the prefabricated stair.
