A first groove is formed in the surface of the convex block, and a first clamping block is slidably clamped in the first groove.A first spring is fixed to the end of the first clamping block, and the other end of the first spring is fixed to the inner wall of the first groove. By arranging the convex block, the first groove, the first spring, the first clamping block, a clamping groove and a second groove, the energy-saving board can be fast spliced and mounted, the mounting work efficiency is effectively improved, and meanwhile the situation that due to use of glue, formaldehyde and other harmful gas is emitted in the later period, and the health of a user is hazarded is avoided; and by arranging a connecting plate, athird groove, a sliding groove, a first sliding block, a clamping rod, a second spring, a fixed plate and a buffering layer, the use function of the energy-saving board is expanded, the buffering performance of the energy-saving board is improved, and the safety of the user in children's playrooms and interrogation rooms and on other occasions is guaranteed.
