The invention provides an indoor separation wall construction method. The indoor separation wall construction method comprises the steps that a light steel keel frame is built; a plurality of pairs ofprefabricated wallboards are prefabricated, each pair of wallboards are connected together through a connecting screw rod, and the light steel keel frame is clamped between each pair of prefabricatedwallboards; and coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, sand and mixing water are adopted to prepare concrete; and the concrete is poured into gaps between the prefabricated wallboard and the lightsteel keel frame, and after the concrete is solidified, construction is finished. According to the technical scheme, the coarse aggregate is soaked in advance during preparation of the concrete, anda staged secondary stirring process is adopted, so that the internal void ratio of the coarse aggregate is reduced, the coarse aggregate can be fully mixed and uniformly stirred with the sand, the cement and the fine aggregate, and the coarse aggregate and the fine aggregate can be fully bonded with the sand and the cement; and the parameters such as compressive strength and breaking strength of the prepared concrete are improved, so that the overall pressure bearing capacity of the partition wall is improved.
本发明提供一种室内隔离墙施工方法,包括以下步骤;搭建轻钢龙骨架;提供多对预制墙板,每对预制墙板通过连接螺杆连接在一起并且使所述轻钢龙骨架夹持于每对预制墙板之间;采用粗骨料、细骨料、水泥、砂子和拌和水制得混凝土;将混凝土浇注于预制墙板与轻钢龙骨架之间的间隙内,待混凝土凝固后,施工结束。采用本发明的技术方案,通过在制备混凝土时将粗骨料预先浸润,采用分阶段二次搅拌的工艺方法,使粗骨料内部空隙率降低,保证粗骨料能够与砂子、水泥、细骨料充分混合并且拌和均匀,使粗骨料、细骨料能够与砂子、水泥充分粘结,提升了所制得混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度等参数,从而提升了隔墙整体的承压能力。
