Total five lifting road surface devices are arranged in the basement and a storage cavity. The lifting road surface devices in the basement are lifting road surface plates. The front end face, the rear end face, the left end face and the right end face of the supporting column are each fixedly connected with a supporting beam. The corresponding front face, rear face, leftface and right face of each lifting road surface device are each provided with a guardrail lifting device. Supporting and locking devices used for locking the lifting road surface devices are arranged in the guardrail lifting devices. A lifting carrying device is arranged in the basement. By means of the crossroad car accident handling system, accident cars can be transferred rapidly while accident sites are protected, and the influence time of traffic accidents on traffic can be greatly shortened.
