The invention provides a fully-sealed tarpaulin device and a nursing room with the same. The fully-sealed tarpaulin device comprises a framework and a tarpaulin body, wherein the framework comprises afirst supporting assembly and a second supporting assembly; the first supporting assembly comprises a first cross rod, first supporting vertical rods and contraction connecting rods; the first supporting vertical rods are vertically arranged at intervals; the first cross rod is connected between the upper ends of two of the first supporting vertical rods; the contraction connecting rods are horizontally arranged, and each contraction connecting rod is connected between the corresponding two of the rest first supporting vertical rods; the second supporting assembly is arranged below the firstcross rod and comprises second supporting vertical rods and second cross rods; the second supporting vertical rods are vertically arranged at intervals; the second cross rods are horizontally arranged, and each second cross rod is connected between the two corresponding adjacent second supporting vertical rods; and two fully-sealed spaces which are completely isolated from the outside and can communicate with each other are respectively formed on the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly by the tarpaulin body. According to the technical scheme, the problem that viruses and bacteria easily flow along with personnel to enter and exit a temporary ward in the prior art is effectively solved.
