Lock driving mechanism and electronic lock
The invention discloses a lock driving mechanism and an electronic lock. The lock driving mechanism comprises a control circuit, a motor, a locking beam and a lock tongue locking the locking beam; thecontrol circuit controls the motor to rotate, an output shaft of the motor is connected with an eccentric wheel, one end of the lock tongue is connected to the eccentric wheel, and the motor transversely drives the lock tongue to lock or release the locking beam through the eccentric wheel to achieve locking and unlocking; the control circuit comprises a first sensor, and one or more triggering elements capable of triggering the motor to stop rotating are arranged on the eccentric wheel; and after the motor drives the lock tongue to a preset position where the locking beam is locked or released, the first sensor detects signals of the triggering elements and sends the signals to the control circuit to enable the motor to stop rotating. The large-current loss caused by stall of the motor at a limited position is avoided, and the stand-by time of the lock is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种锁具驱动机构及电子锁具,包括控制电路、电机、锁梁和锁定锁梁的锁舌,控制电路控制电机转动,电机的输出轴连接有偏心轮,锁舌的一端联接在偏心轮上,电机通过偏心轮横向驱动锁舌对锁梁进行锁定或释放,以实现闭锁和解锁;控制电路包括有第一传感器,偏心轮上设置至少一个可触发电机停止转动的触发元件;电机驱动锁舌至锁定或释放锁梁的预定位置后,第一传感器检测触发元件的信号,并向控制电路发送信号以使电机停止转动,避免电机在限定位置上堵转引起大电流损耗,延长了锁具的待机时间。
