The invention relates to a green building with an intelligent sun-shading system. The green building comprises a building wall body and a plurality of sun-shading assemblies arranged on the building wall body, wherein each sun-shading assembly comprises two sun-shading windows which are superposed and stacked together, cavities are arranged inside the sun-shading windows; sides of the sun-shadingwindows are provided with liquid storage boxes; the cavities communicate with the liquid storage boxes; sun-shading solutions are filled up in the liquid storage boxes; the liquid storage boxes in thesame group of sun-shading assemblies are separately positioned at the two side ends of each sun-shading window; the outer end of the building wall body is provided with a plurality of window holes for allowing the sun-shading windows to rotatably connect; and rotation axes of the sun-shading windows are horizontal. The green building has the characteristics of reducing illumination intensity irradiated into the indoor, being capable of regulating, and the like.
