The invention provides a novel variable damping coefficient viscous fluid damper, which comprises a main cylinder and a guide rod that reciprocates along an axial direction of the main cylinder, pistons which are fixedly connected with the guide rod are arranged in a middle position in a cavity of the main cylinder, guide sleeves are arranged at the two ends of the inner side of the main cylinder,and the guide rod moves the guide sleeves; methylsilicone oil is filled in the main cylinder, grooved damping rods are arranged on the pistons at the two sides of the guide rod, and rectangular grooves facing piston holes are formed in the grooved damping rods; the novel variable damping coefficient viscous fluid damper can configure a suitable damping parameter value according to actual needs without the phenomenon of great or small damping force of a traditional viscous damper, the premature failure of the damper is avoided, the service life of the damper is prolonged, the damping force ofthe damper can be improved, the energy consumption capacity is increased, and with high precision of the damping force, the seismic design with high reliability can be realized.
本发明提出了一种新型变阻尼系数黏滞流体阻尼器,包括主缸筒以及沿主缸筒轴向方向往复运动的导杆,所述主缸筒腔内中间位置设置有与导杆固定连接的活塞,所述主缸筒内侧两端均设置有导向套,导杆在导向套内活动;所述主缸筒内填充有甲基硅油;所述导杆两侧活塞上均设置有带槽阻尼棒,带槽阻尼棒开设有面向活塞孔的矩形凹槽;本发明会根据实际的需要来配置合适大小的阻尼参数值,而不会出现传统黏滞阻尼器阻尼力过大或是过小的现象,避免了阻尼器提前失效,提高了阻尼器的寿命,能够提高阻尼器的阻尼力,增加耗能能力,阻尼力设计精度高,能够实现高度可靠的抗震设计的。
