The invention discloses high-strength lightweight thermal insulation concrete and a preparation method thereof. The product is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 25-40 partsof cement, 15-20 parts of fly ash, 30-40 parts of aggregate, 0.5-1 part of polystyrene particles, 1-2 parts of a foaming agent, 0.5-1.5 parts of a water reducing agent, 8-12 parts of water, 1-1.5 parts of steel fiber and 1-1.5 parts of polypropylene fiber, and is good in thermal insulation effect, light in wall body and high in strength. The preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing and stirring aggregate and steel fibers; adding cement and fly ash into a material c, and adding water into the material c to obtain a material d; adding polystyrene particles and polypropylene fibers into the material d to obtain a material e; and preparing a mixed aqueous solution from a water reducing agent and a foaming agent, uniformly stirring, spraying the mixed aqueous solutioninto the material e in an atomization form, and uniformly stirring to prepare the high-strength lightweight thermal insulation concrete. The concrete prepared by the method has the advantages of goodthermal insulation effect, light wall body and high strength.
