The process comprises: in a normal temperature state, adding polyether accounting for 20-50% of the total specific weight of the total solution into a reaction box, adding water accounting for 30-71.7% of the total specific weight of the total solution, and dissolving; carrying out free radical polymerization, wherein acrylic acid accounting for 3-7.5% of the total specific weight of the total solution is added into the dissolved solution in a dropwise manner, and mercaptoacetic acid accounting for 0.3% of thetotal specific weight of the total solution is added in a dropwise manner after dropwise adding is finished; carrying out a grafting reaction, wherein the solution subjected to free radical polymerization is heated to 80 to 85 DEG C, and a mixture formed by mixing ammonium persulfate accounting for 0.5% of the total specific weight of the total solution and water accounting for 4.5%-10.5% of the total specific weight of the total solution is added for 1.5 h in a dropwise manner; and carrying out heat preservation, wherein the solution subjected to the grafting reaction is subjected to heat preservation for 1.5 to 2 hours at a temperature of 80 DEG C.
