The hot recycled asphalt drying device comprises a roller support, wherein a roller and a discharging box located at a dischargingend of the roller are arranged on the roller support, a discharging port is formed in the bottom of the discharging box, two arc-shaped striker plates concentric with the roller are arranged in the discharging box, the two arc-shaped striker plates are arranged on two sides of an upper portion of the discharging port correspondingly, and scraping plates matched with the arc-shaped striker plates are arranged on an outer side wall of a discharging end of the roller. The hot recycled asphalt drying device is advantaged in that the scraping plates and the arc-shaped baffle plate which are matchedwith each other are arranged, the arc-shaped striker plate is used for receiving materials output from the roller, the material scraping plate is used for being matched with the arc-shaped material blocking plate, materials scattered on the arc-shaped material blocking plate are cleaned under the driving of rotation of the roller, the materials are swept to a discharging opening, so the materialsoutput from the roller can be prevented from being scattered to corners, material accumulation is reduced, smooth discharging is guaranteed, and use reliability of the equipment is improved.
