The invention relates to a low-retraction secondary tensioning anchorage device capable of reducing prestress loss and a tensioning method. The device comprises a main working anchor plate, a workingclamping piece, an anti-loosening part and an anchoring part, wherein the main working anchor plate is sleeved outside a steel strand and is propped against an anchor backing plate, the working clamping piece is sleeved outside a steel strand and is inserted into the top of the main working anchor plate, the anchoring part is connected outside the steel strand in a sleeving mode and abuts againstthe top of the working clamping piece, the anti-loosening part is erected on the main working anchor plate, the anti-loosening part comprises a main frame, a pressing plate and a bolt, the main frameis in threaded connection with an outer wall of the main working anchor plate, the pressing plate is connected into the main frame at the top of the anchoring part in a sliding mode, the pressing plate abuts against the top of the anchoring part, multiple bolts are connected with the main frame in an annular threaded mode at intervals, t bolts abut against a top end surface of the pressing plate,and the bolts move downwards to enable the pressing plate to be in close fit with the anchoring part.
