The invention discloses a sound insulation barrier for two sides of a road. The sound insulation barrier sequentially comprises a sound insulation plate, an inner plate and a protection plate in the thickness direction. The plate surface of the sound insulation plate is a slightly fluctuating wavy surface; sound absorption holes are uniformly formed in the wavy surface; the inner plate is of a grid structure formed by arranging a plurality of sets of unit pore plates in an array mode. A taper hole is formed in each unit pore plate; the unit pore plates are connected through wedge-shaped pipes,the wedge-shaped pipes are smoothly communicated with the conical surfaces of the conical holes, conical circular ring pieces with different widths are evenly distributed on the inner walls of the wedge-shaped pipes, a plurality of V-shaped notches are formed in the conical circular ring pieces along the inner rings, and wedge-shaped strips with the length equal to that of the wedge-shaped pipesare installed on the V-shaped notches; sound absorption cotton is filled between the unit pore plates, and a honeycomb pore type metal plate is tightly attached to the back face of the inner plate andfilled with the sound absorption cotton. Through the arrangement of the multiple layers of sound insulation structures, the silencing and noise reduction effects of the road can be greatly improved,and noise pollution to the life of residents is reduced.
本发明公开了一种公路两侧用的隔音屏障，所述隔音屏障沿厚度方向依次包括隔音板、内板和防护板，所述隔音板的板面为微微起伏的波浪面，所述波浪面上均匀开设有吸音孔，所述内板为由多组单元孔板阵列排布形成的网格结构，所述单元孔板上开设有锥孔，所述单元孔板之间通过楔形管相接，所述楔形管与所述锥孔锥面平滑地相连通，所述楔形管内壁均布设有宽度不等的锥形圆环片，所述锥形圆环片上沿内环开设有若干V形缺口，所述V形缺口上安装有与楔形管等长的楔形条；所述单元孔板之间填充有吸音棉，所述内板背面紧贴有蜂窝孔型金属板并填充有吸音棉。本发明通过多层隔音结构的设置，能够大大提高公路消音降噪的效果，减少对居民生活的噪音污染。
