The invention discloses a seawall fence board slope protection ecological modification structure. The structure comprises a riprap bottom protection structure which is constructed on the oversea offshore side, a concrete slope anchoring foottoe which is constructed on the inner side of the riprap bottom protection structure, a lower slope protection ecological fence board structure which is constructed at the rear side of the concrete slope toe and is connected with the inner side of the concrete slope toe, a wave breaking platform which is constructed at the top of the lower slope protectionecological fence board structure, and an upper slope protection ecological fence board structure which is constructed on the rear side of the wave braking platform and is connected with the inner sideof the wave breaking platform. The invention further discloses a construction method of the seawall fence board slope protection ecological modification structure.
