The invention relates to the technical field of construction of deep and large foundation pit support structures of constructional engineering, and provides a steel stand column hoisting, lowering andpositioning device. The steel stand column hoisting, lowering and positioning device comprises a positioning steel stand column which is formed by welding four pieces of positioning angle steel withthe length of 3-4 m through steel plates, end steel plate sets are welded to the near end of the positioning steel stand column, and 2-3 middle steel plate sets are distributed and welded to the middle of the positioning steel stand column at intervals; each end steel plate set and the corresponding middle steel plate set comprise four steel plates connecting the positioning steel angles in pairs;and erection steel angles are symmetrically and transversely welded to the position, 80-100 cm away from the bottom end, of the outer side of the positioning steel stand column. The steel stand column hoisting, lowering and positioning device is inserted into the steel stand column in a sleeved mode and clamped at the top end of the steel stand column through the erection angle steels; the steelstand column is swung through a crane hook, and the steel stand column hoisting, lowering and positioning device is prized manually, then the steel stand column is centered, aligned and vertical in apile hole, and thus the steel stand column positioning time and deviation are greatly reduced; and the structure is simple, the use is convenient, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及建筑工程的深大基坑围护结构施工技术领域,提出一种用于钢立柱吊装下放定位装置,其由4块长度为3~4m的定位角钢通过钢板焊接构成定位钢立柱,定位钢立柱的近端部焊接有端部钢板组、中间间隔分布焊接有2~3组中间钢板组,每个端部钢板组和中间钢板组包括将定位角钢两两连接的4块钢板,定位钢立柱的外侧距离底端80~100cm处对称横向焊接有架立角钢,使用时,将钢立柱吊装下放定位装置套插入钢立柱内,并通过架立角钢卡在钢立柱的顶端,通过吊车吊钩摆动钢立柱和人工撬动钢立柱吊装下放定位装置,使钢立柱在桩孔内的位置居中、对正、竖直,这样大大降低了对钢立柱定位的时间和偏差,具有结构简单、使用方便和提高工作效率的特点。
