The system comprises a cab, a rotation platform, a vibration attenuation device, a first acceleration sensor and a controller, the vibration attenuation device is arranged between the cab and the rotation platform, the first acceleration sensor is arranged on the rotation platform, the controller is electrically connected with the vibration attenuation device and the first acceleration sensor, the first acceleration sensor is used for collecting first acceleration of the rotation platform, the controller is used for adjusting damping of the vibration attenuation device according to the first acceleration, due to the fact that the first acceleration can comprehensively reflect vibration of road surface conditions and the excavator working condition to the cab, damping of the vibration attenuation device can be adjusted according to the first acceleration, the vibration of the cab is effectively reduced, the comfort of the cab is improved, and the fatigue of the operation hand can be reduced.
本发明的实施例提供了一种驾驶室减振系统及挖掘机,涉及驾驶室减振技术领域。该系统包括驾驶室、回转平台、减振装置、第一加速度传感器以及控制器,减振装置设置于驾驶室与回转平台之间,第一加速度传感器设置于回转平台,控制器与减振装置及第一加速度传感器均电连接,并利用第一加速度传感器采集回转平台的第一加速度,利用控制器根据第一加速度调整减振装置的阻尼。由于第一加速度能综合反映路面情况、挖掘机工况等给驾驶室造成的振动,并根据该第一加速度调整减振装置的阻尼,能够有效降低驾驶室的振动,以提高驾驶室的舒适性以及降低操作手的疲劳度。
