The flooding prevention pipe comprises a pipe body and a safety valve, wherein the pipe body is used for being installed on a vertical drainage pipe, the safety valve is arranged in the pipe body, and the safety valve is turned on when the water level in the vertical drainage pipe reaches a warning water level. An alarming system is arranged on the pipe body. The flooding prevention pipe further comprises a pressure sensorused for measuring the water pressure in the vertical drainage pipe, and when a pressure value measured by the pressure sensor is larger than a set value, the alarming system gives out a sound-lightalarming signal. If blockage occurs, water starts to accumulate in the vertical drainage pipe, and the water level rises gradually; the pressure value measured by the pressure sensor increases gradually, and the alarming system gives out the sound-light alarming signal when the pressure value is larger than the set value to prompt personnel to carry out maintenance. After the water level increasesto the warning water level, the safety valve is turned on, water in the vertical drainage pipe is drained out of the pipe body, and it is avoided that due to late maintenance of the maintenance personnel, waste water overflows into rooms of users on the bottom layer.
