The frame can solve the following problems about current design of a combined curtain wall plate metal outer frame that a clamping connection mode betweenplate metal outer frames adopts concave-convex matching type simple connection, and for connection between adjacent plates, the problems that the stability is not high and falling is prone to occur may occur, potential safety hazards exist, proper distance adjustment cannot be conducted between the adjacent metal frames, capability of adaptation to a wall area is poor, mounting between curtain wall plates and the metal frames is not compact, mounting modes between rubber pads and the curtain wall plates and between the rubber pads and the metal frames only adopt a plane contact mode, the connection mode is too simple, and the rubber pads age and are prone to fall off between the curtain wall plates and the metal frames.
本发明涉及一种组合式幕墙板材金属外边框，包括板材与外框体，板材安装在外框体中间，外框体上下端对称设置有两对角铁块，每对角铁块均左右对称设置，角铁块上开设有安装孔。本发明可以解决目前对于组合式幕墙板材的金属外边框的设计存在以下问题：板材的金属外边框之间的卡接连接方式采用凹凸配合式的简单连接，对于相邻板材之间的连接，会出现稳定性不高、易脱落的问题，存在安全隐患，导致相邻金属边框之间不能进行适当地距离调节，对于墙体面积的适应能力较差；幕墙板材与金属边框之间安装不紧实，胶垫与幕墙板材以及金属边框之间的安装方式只是采用平面接触式，连接方式过于简单，胶垫老化容易从幕墙板材和金属边框之间脱落。
