Assembled building superimposed sheet post-cast strip construction process without support system
Disclosed in the present invention is an assembled building superimposed sheet post-cast strip construction process without a support system, comprising the following steps: a. building of a templatesupport system; b. surveying and setting out, and pasting of sponge strips; c. lifting and correction mounting of superimposed sheets; d. mounting of T type split screws; e. laying of water and electricity pipelines, and binding of superimposed layers of reinforcements; f. casting of superimposed layers of concrete; and g. dismantling of templates. In the present invention, T type split bolts welded by remnant reinforcement ends and screws are pressed on the superimposed sheets, and are split from support steel pipes under the templates by means of mountain type clamps to counteract elastic deformation of the templates caused by vertical impact load on the template support system during lifting of the superimposed sheets and casting of the concrete; the support system is simplified; the construction is convenient; the forming quality of post-cast strips is guaranteed; the problems of pulp leakage and looseness are prevented; and moreover, in combination with sponge strips, the pulp leakage risk is further reduced.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑叠合板后浇板带无支撑体系施工工艺,包括如下步骤:a.模板支撑系统搭设;b.测量放线、贴海绵条;c.叠合板吊装、校正安装;d.T型对拉螺杆安装;e.水电管线敷设、叠合层钢筋绑扎;f.叠合层混凝土浇筑;g.模板拆除。本发明将零料钢筋头与螺杆焊接成的T型对拉螺栓压在叠合板上,与模板下面的支承钢管通过山型卡对拉的方式,抵消叠合板吊装和浇筑混凝时对模板支撑系统的竖向冲击荷载导致的模板弹性变形,简化支撑体系,方便施工的同时保证了后浇板带的成型质量,避免出现漏浆、不密实问题,同时配合海绵条进一步降低漏浆风险。
