The invention discloses a turnover outer overhanging inclined column supporting system and a construction method thereof. The system comprises an overhanging main beam, a first adjustable inclined support, a cable-stayed steel wire rope, a conversion support or a second adjustable inclined support, and third adjustable inclined supports; the overhanging main beam corresponds to the position of theback side of an inclined column and is connected with a structural floor slab of a construction floor in an overhanging mode; the first adjustable inclined support is obliquely supported between theupper surface of the overhanging main beam and a back side formwork on the back side of the inclined column; the cable-stayed steel wire rope is obliquely arranged between the upper surface of the structural floor slab and the front side formwork on the front side of the inclined column in a pulled mode; the conversion support or the second adjustable inclined support is supported between the lower surface of the overhanging main beam and a lower-layer structural floor slab, and the conversion support or the second adjustable inclined support is connected with an adjacent structural column ina column holding mode through a transverse rod; and the third adjustable inclined supports are symmetrically supported between the upper surface of the structural floor slab of the construction floorand the side formworks on the two sides of the inclined column.
