The system comprises positioning plates, supporting legs arranged at the lower parts of the positioning plate in a penetrating mode, positioning nuts in treaded connection with the supporting legs, and butterfly nuts for fastening, wherein the positioning plates, the supporting legs, the positioning nuts and the butterfly nuts are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, the positioning plates are of rectangular plate-shaped structures, pre-buried joint bar positioning holes and vibrating holes are sequentially and alternately formed in the length direction of each positioning plate, each supporting leg comprises a transverse rod horizontally penetrating through the corresponding positioning plate and vertical rods fixedly connected to the two ends of the corresponding transverse rod, the positioning nuts and the butterfly nuts are arranged on the two vertical rods of each supporting leg, sleeves are arranged on the vertical rods and are positioned above the positioning nuts, adjusting screws are screwed at the lower ends of the vertical rods, and the plurality of positioning plates are arranged and are connected through equilateral angle steel.
