Aiming to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, a freeparking space is randomly occupied and is charged in disorder, the liftable intelligent parking space roadblock system comprises a roadblock module, a control module and a software module, wherein the roadblock module comprises a driving motor, a roadblock mechanical structure and a sensor group; the control module comprises a single chip microcomputer minimum system, a motor driving circuit, a communication circuit and a sensor circuit; the software module comprises upper computer software; the sensor group uploads detected vehicle entering information to the single chip microcomputer minimum system through the sensor circuit; the single chip microcomputer minimum system uploads the vehicle entering information to the upper computer software through the communication circuit, at the sametime, the driving motor is driven through a motor driving circuit, and the driving motor drives the roadblock mechanical structure to block a vehicle; and the single chip microcomputer minimum systemdrives the driving motor according to a blocking cancelling instruction of the upper computer software, and the driving motor drives the roadblock mechanical structure to unblock the vehicle.
