The invention discloses a handle quick-connecting device. The device comprises a quick-connecting body provided with a central through hole, wherein an automatic locking mechanism allowing a handle connecting rod to be inserted is arranged inside the central through hole of the quick-connecting body; the automatic locking mechanism comprises a retaining ring, a spring, an abutting seat and a tilted step surface arranged on the inner wall of the central through hole of the quick-connecting body, the tilted step surface faces an insertion part of the quick-connecting body, the abutting seat abuts the retaining ring against the tilted step surface through the spring, and the abutting seat is fixed to the end of the quick-connecting body; the side wall of the quick-connecting body is providedwith dismantling holes; and an elastic sheet is further arranged on the inner side wall of the through hole of the quick-connecting body. The invention further discloses a door handle. According to the handle quick-connecting device, the connecting rod can easily go in but cannot easily go out by use of the compression of the spring on the retaining ring and the limitation of the tilted step surface on the form of the retaining ring, mounting is extremely convenient to perform, and dismantling can be easily realized through the dismantling holes; and through the arrangement of the elastic sheet, swing of the connecting rod and the handle can be prevented, the door handle is firm and durable, and the satisfaction of a user is improved.
