The invention discloses a waterway pressure regulating device, which is arranged in a waterway, and comprises a manual pressure regulating mechanism which comprises a movable part, and is used for regulating the water flow pressure of the waterway by driving the movable part to change the overflowing sectional area of the waterway; and an electric pressure regulating mechanism comprises a water pump, and the water flow pressure in the waterway is regulated through the water pump. The pressure regulating mode comprises a manual pressure regulating mode and an electric pressure regulating mode,water pressure regulation is more flexible, pressure regulation can be conducted manually in the absence of electricity, and the application range is wider. In addition, the invention further discloses a shower system with the pressure regulating device.
