The invention belongs to the technical field of material processing, and discloses a nonmetallic mineral refining processing method, which comprises the following steps: crushing nonmetallic mineralsto obtain a nonmetallic blocky substance, drying the substance at room temperature, carrying out coarse grinding, carrying out secondary grinding on the coarse grinding particles, and carrying out ball milling in a ball mill; classifying and marking the powder with different particle sizes obtained by sieving after fine grinding, and determining the powder grade and the corresponding purpose; modifying the non-metallic mineral powder in a modification device and grinding the modified powder through a barrel type superfine vibration mill; calcining the modified powder, cooling the powder at room temperature, mixing the powder with a strong alkali solution, and carrying out water bath reaction; and adding excessive hydrochloric acid solution for suction filtration, and washing and drying theobtained filter cake to obtain the product. By finely grinding, grading, modifying and purifying the non-metallic minerals, fine processing of the non-metallic minerals can be realized, and the prepared superfine non-metallic minerals have the particle size of less than 200 nm, few impurities and better performance.
