The invention discloses a concrete reinforcing agent and a preparation process thereof. The concrete reinforcing agent is prepared from the following components by weight: 5-15 parts of a cement clinker, 20-40 parts of gypsum, 30-40 parts of a natural mineral material, 2-6 parts of sodium metasilicate pentahydrate, 3-6 parts of gas phase titanium dioxide, and 5-8 parts of gas phase aluminium oxide. According to the invention, the problems that part of set cement in the concrete in the prior art cannot play a role normally and can only play a role of filler, thus affecting the strength of concrete, causing resource waste and the like are expected to be solved.
