Environment-friendly composite architectural decorative floor and preparation method
The invention discloses an environment-friendly composite building decorative floor and a preparation method. The environment-friendly composite building decorative floor is prepared from, by weight,40-50 parts of dolomite, 30-40 parts of calcite, 20-30 parts of PVC, 3-6 parts of calcium chloride, 4-7 parts of paraffin, 3-5 parts of stabilizer and 4-7 parts of antioxidant. The preparation methodcomprises the following steps: S1, soaking and filtering plant fibers; S2, adding dolomite, calcite, PVC, calcium chloride, paraffin, a stabilizer and an antioxidant into a high-speed stirrer, uniformly mixing the components, adding the plant fibers pretreated in the step S1, adding water, and uniformly stirring the components to obtain a mixture; S3, adding the mixture obtained in the step S2 into a mold, pressurizing the mixture for hot-pressing shaping and cooling and maintaining the shaped material to obtain a floor blank; and S4, cutting, grinding and polishing the floor blank in the S3,making grooves on the floor blank, performing transfer printing and film covering, and coating the floor blank with a coating. Through arrangement of the composite material, the smoothness and compactness of a floor product are improved, and the prepared floor has good strength and flexibility, has a waterproof function and is ecological and environmentally friendly.
本发明公开了环保型复合建筑装饰地板及制备方法，包括以下重量份的原料：白云石40‑50份、方解石30‑40份、PVC20‑30份、氯化钙3‑6份、石蜡4‑7份、稳定剂3‑5份、抗氧化剂4‑7份；包括以下步骤：S1：将植物纤维进行浸泡处理，过滤；S2：将白云石、方解石、PVC、氯化钙、石蜡、稳定剂、抗氧化剂加入到高速搅拌机中，混合均匀，再加入S1中预处理后的植物纤维加水，搅拌均匀得拌合料；S3：将S2的拌合料加入到模具中，加压热压成型，冷却，保养，制得地板胚料；S4：将S3的地板胚料进行切割打磨抛光后，开槽、转印覆膜、涂装制成地板成品。本发明通过复合材料的设置，提高地板产品的光洁度和紧密度，制备的地板具有良好的强度和柔性，而且兼具防水功能，生态环保。
