The invention discloses a preparation method of C80 machine-made sand concrete. The invention discloses a method for preparing machine-made sand concrete, belongs to the technical field of concrete preparation, solves the problem that in the prior art, machine-made sand consumes too much water reducing agent to influence concrete properties, and is technically characterized by comprising the following steps: S1, feeding and stirring cement, mineral admixtures, machine-made sand, mixing water and a water reducing agent into a concrete mixer to make mortar; and S2, adding gravels into the mortarobtained in the step S1, stirring all the components, and controlling the surplus coefficient of the mortar to be 1.65-2.4 to obtain the machine-made sand concrete. By adopting the above scheme, theused water reducing agent can effectively act on the cement and the stone powder in the machine-made sand when the machine-made sand is stirred in the first step; and in the second step, the amount ofthe residual water reducing agent which is added in the previous step and can be adsorbed by the gravels is small, and therefore the situation that the water reducing agent acts on the gravels with the large overall surface area, and consequently efficacy waste is caused is avoided.
本发明公开了一种C80机制砂混凝土制备方法,属于混凝土制备的技术领域,解决了现有技术中机制砂消耗减水剂量过大影响混凝土性质的问题,其技术要点是:该方法包括以下步骤:S1:将水泥、矿物掺合料、机制砂、拌合水、减水剂投放至混凝土搅拌机中进行搅拌,得到砂浆;S2:在S1所得的砂浆中再加入碎石进行搅拌,控制砂浆富余系数在1.65~2.4,得到机制砂混凝土。通过上述方案,实现了所使用的减水剂可在进行第一步机制砂的搅拌时有效对水泥与机制砂中的石粉进行作用,达到降低两者结合水的作用,第二部加入的碎石对已经先一步投入的剩余减水剂所能进行吸附的量较小,进而避免减水剂在整体表面积较大的碎石上进行作用导致产生效力浪费。
