The invention discloses a plant fiber reinforced calcium silicate board and a preparation method thereof. The problem that the plant fiber length and the plant fiber specific surface area are difficultly considered at the same time in the plant fiber pulping treatment stage in the calcium silicate board production process is solved. According to the invention, an effective and green enzyme treatment method is used; mixed enzyme liquid is used for etching the surfaces of the plant fibers; meanwhile, high-concentration pulping treatment is adopted, so that the cutting rate of the plant fibers during pulping is reduced, the plant fibers which are relatively long and have a certain specific surface area are obtained, the pulping energy consumption is reduced, the water filtering characteristicduring plate forming is improved, and the breaking strength performance is improved. After traditional plant fibers and powder are mixed, a plant fiber and powder mixing and disc milling process is added, so that the plant fibers can be more uniformly dispersed in the powder; meanwhile, the contact between the plant fibers and the powder is improved, and the bonding property of the formed plant fibers and a powder matrix is further improved.
本发明公开了一种植物纤维增强硅酸钙板及其制备方法,其优点是:克服了硅酸钙板生产过程中植物纤维磨浆处理阶段难以同时兼顾植物纤维长度与植物纤维比表面积的问题,通过有效且绿色的酶处理方法,使用混合酶液对植物纤维表面进行刻蚀,使其在打浆过程中植物纤维的表面更易分丝帚化,同时采用高浓磨浆处理,降低了植物纤维在磨浆时的切断率,得到较长且具有一定比表面积的植物纤维,降低了磨浆能耗,改善板材成型时的滤水特性,并提高抗折强度性能。对传统植物纤维与粉料混合后,新增一道植物纤维与粉料的混合盘磨工艺,可以使植物纤维在粉料中获得更均匀的分散,同时提升植物纤维与粉料的接触,进而提高成型后植物纤维与粉料基体的粘结特性。
