The invention discloses a novel air humidification material and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of agricultural air humidification materials. The problem that the temperature and humidity need to be adjusted through external facilities is solved. The invention relates to a novel air humidifying material which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 72.7% of basalt, 18.1% of expanding agent and 9.2% of fixing agent.The preparation method of the novel air humidification material comprises the following steps: preparing all the materials according to the percentage components for later use, and finely grinding basalt to obtain a raw material. The material has following parameters: the compressive strength is 2-40 MPa; the water absorption rate is 50%-70%, and the water permeable performance and the water locking performance are achieved. According to the invention, the water absorption performance, the thermal insulation performance, the moisture volatility and the pH value are 5.5-6.5, the volume weight is 300-600kg/m3, the air humidification humidity of the space created after water absorption can reach 60-95, the air humidity isadjusted, and automatic and uniform adjustment of water, air and temperature can be realized.
本发明公开了一种新型空气加湿材料及其制备方法,涉及农业空气加湿材料技术领域;为了解决需要借助外部设施调整温湿度的问题;一种新型空气加湿材料,包括以下百分比成分组成:玄武岩72.7%、膨胀剂18.1%、固定剂9.2%;一种新型空气加湿材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:按百分比成分取各个材料备用,将玄武岩细磨,得原料。本发明抗压强度是2~40MPa,吸水率是50%~70%、具有透水性能、锁水性能,保温隔热性能及水分挥发性能,酸碱度PH值5.5~6.5,容重每立方米300~600kg,吸水后所创建的空间空气加湿湿度能达到60‑95,调节空气湿度,可以实现水、气、温度的自动均匀调整。
