The preparation method comprises the following steps of smelting an alloy steel raw material in amedium-frequency induction furnace to obtain molten steel; pouring to obtain a form relieved tooth base body; after cooling, raising the temperature to 560-600 DEG C at the speed of 50-65 DEG C/h, preserving heat for 30-60 minutes, raising the temperature to 650-700 DEG C at the speed of 75-80 DEG C/h, preserving heat for 30-50 minutes, raising the temperature to 900-950 DEG C at the speed of 69-73 DEG C/h, preserving heat for 100-120 minutes, after air cooling, heating to 910-925 DEG C, preserving heat for 10-20 minutes, after water cooling, heating to 500-550 DEG C, preserving heat for 1-2hours, after air cooling, heating to 270-310 DEG C, preserving heat for 2-4 hours, and after air cooling, obtaining a semi-finished product; and according to the working stress condition of the form relieved teeth, determining that the upper surface and the lower surface of a tooth top are abraded parts, coating the abraded parts with ceramic slurry after the abraded parts are polished and cleaned, and conducting heating curing.
