The invention relates to a steel sheath structure for quickly reinforcing an anti-collision wall and a maintenance process. A steel sheath which is machined and assembled on site is adopted; the steelsheath is fixedly connected with an existing anti-collision wall through high-strength bolts. The steel sheath is composed of an outer side plate, an inner side plate and a pressing plate, the heightof the outer side plate is 1240 mm, the bottom of the outer side plate is flush with the lowest point of the outer side of the anti-collision wall, the height of the inner side plate is 970 mm, the bottom of the inner side plate is flush with the lowest point of the inner side of the anti-collision wall, and the outer side plate is L-shaped to reinforce the anti-collision wall. The maintenance process comprises the steps that firstly, a Q345D hot-dip galvanized steel plate with the thickness of 10 mm is adopted as a prefabricated steel sheath, an outer side plate, an inner side plate and a top pressing plate of the steel sheath are sequentially installed through a hanging basket, M20 high-strength bolts are used for fixing, water stop rubber strips are installed on the two sides of the steel sheath, and rainwater immersion is prevented. The problems that an anti-collision wall is insufficient in strength and long in maintenance time are solved, and the anti-collision wall has the advantages of being high in anti-collision capacity, affordable, rapid in construction and the like, is suitable for anti-collision wall emergency rescue engineering and facilitates rapid traffic recovery.
本发明涉及一种快速加固防撞墙的钢护套结构及维修工艺,采用加工至现场拼装的钢护套,钢护套通过高强螺栓与现有的防撞墙固定连接,钢护套由外侧板、内侧板和压板组成,外侧板高1240mm,底部和防撞墙外侧最低点齐平,内侧板高970mm,底部和防撞墙内侧最低点齐平,外侧板呈“L”型设置从而对防撞墙进行全覆盖加固。该维修工艺为:首先预制钢护套采用厚10mm的Q345D热浸锌钢板,利用挂篮依次安装钢护套外侧板、内侧板和顶压板、M20高强螺栓固定,在钢护套两侧安装止水胶条,防止雨水浸入。本发明解决了防撞墙强度不足、维修时间长的难题,具备防撞能力高、经济适用、施工迅速等特点,适应于防撞墙应急抢险工程,有利于快速恢复交通。
