The invention discloses a low-water-head ecological hydropower station waste water treatment structure. A river intercepting dam for dividing a riverway into an upstream reach and a downstream reach,an oil intercepting dam, an impeller assembly and an oil scraping assembly are included. The bottom of the river intercepting dam is provided with a drainage channel communicating with the upstream reach and the downstream reach. The drainage channel is internally provided with a water wheel power generation assembly, and a tail water port is formed in the output end of the drainage channel. The oil intercepting dam is arranged on the downstream reach, the area between the oil intercepting dam and the river intercepting dam is an oil removal channel, the tail water port communicates with the oil removal channel, the lower edge of the oil intercepting dam is located below the liquid surface of the downstream reach, and a water passing channel is reserved. The impeller assembly is arranged in the oil removal channel and in front of the tail water port, and tail water from the tail water port impacts on the impeller assembly for rotation. The oil scraping assembly is arranged in the oil removal channel and is in transmission connection with the impeller assembly. The provided low-water-head ecological hydropower station waste water treatment structure can treat oil dirt generated by ahydropower station, and ecological protection of hydropower station downstream riverways is facilitated.
