Pre-stressed anchor cable recoverable device and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a pre-stressed anchor cable recoverable device and a construction method thereof. The pre-stressed anchor cable recoverable device comprises an outer anchor device, an inner anchor device and a steel strand. A steel strand protecting bush is arranged outside the steel strand between the outer anchor device and the inner anchor device in a sleeving manner. The inner anchordevice comprises an inner anchor device seat provided with a cavity in the middle, a steel strand clamp mounted in the cavity of the inner anchor device seat and a spring and a spring pressing sheet successively arranged below the inner anchor device seat from top to bottom. The spring pressing sheet is connected to the lower end of the steel strand clamp through a screw. The steel strand clamp isa hollow circular truncated cone which is narrow on the upper part and wide on the lower part and the hollow circular truncated cone is encircled by a plurality of uniformly distributed steel strandclamp sheets. The lower end of the steel strand extends into the cavity of the inner anchor device seat and is clamped by the steel strand clamp. The lower end of the inner anchor device seat is connected to a sealing cap. The spring and the spring pressing sheet are located in the sealing cap. The pre-stressed anchor cable recoverable device and the construction method thereof can solve defects in the prior art and have the characteristics of being low in cost, easy and reliable to operate, high in steel strand recovery rate and the like.
本发明涉及一种预应力锚索可回收装置及其施工方法。该装置包括外锚具、内锚具和钢绞线;外锚具与内锚具之间的钢绞线的外侧套设有钢绞线护套。内锚具包括中间开设有空腔的内锚具座、安装在内锚具座空腔内的钢绞线夹和自上向下依次设置在内锚具座下方的弹簧和弹簧压片。弹簧压片通过螺杆与钢绞线夹的下端相连。钢绞线夹为上窄下宽的空心圆台,且该空心圆台由若干均匀分布的钢绞线夹片围绕而成。钢绞线的下端伸入至内锚具座空腔内且被钢绞线夹夹紧。内锚具座的下端连接有密封帽。弹簧及弹簧压片位于密封帽内。该预应力锚索可回收装置及其施工方法能够解决现有技术中存在的不足,具有成本低、操作简单可靠、钢绞线回收率高等特点。
