The invention discloses a rough and precise positioning mounting tool for a curve part of a drain pipe and a construction method of the mounting tool, and belongs to the technical field of municipal engineering. The mounting tool comprises a base leveling layer, wherein U-shaped fixtures are arranged on the upper surface of the base leveling layer at intervals, the U-shaped fixtures are arranged oppositely, and concrete drain pipes are arranged between adjacent U-shaped fixtures; upper longitudinal reinforcement insertion ports and horizontal transverse insertion ports are formed in surfaces of the U-shaped fixtures respectively, the upper longitudinal reinforcement insertion ports communicate with the transverse insertion ports, and an arc-shaped clamp groove is formed in one side of eachU-shaped fixture. A ground total station instrument is used to monitor the elevation of the U-shaped fixtures to determine internal elevation of pipe joints, the whole curve elevation is consistent with the drain slope on a drawing, mounting positioning is faster at an interface through flexible operation of the U-shaped fixtures, the lifting efficiency is substantially improved, the service timeof a crane is saved, and the precise position positioning of the concrete drain pipe is realized.
